Our Story

Realrole is a family-run property management company built on trust, care and local knowledge. Founded in 1986 by Gerry Gilchrist, Realrole has grown steadily while keeping the same personal, hands-on approach that landlords and tenants value.

Today, Gerry’s son, Mark Gilchrist, leads the business as Director, with his sister, Gemma Gilchrist, serving as Company Secretary. Together, they make sure every property is well looked after and every client knows they’re in safe, reliable hands.
